This is the first project of my fine art: sculpture course at Camberwell college of art. Beginning with a group project where we told to bring in various materials we found interesting, i chose to bring in hemp twine and lightbulbs. We then proceeded to combine our various materials into a rib cage like sculpture. From there we were told to “Make it bigger” so I decided to focus on the bone aspect creating a comical bone. Next we were tasked with taking the object out of the studios; this gave me the idea to attach the bone to my back and cycle to various locations in London.
