brand identities

The ideas of this piece originate from my intrigue in the ways brands build up the ideas of community and image they aim to represent with their brand image they create. Particularly in the ways people aim to hide a childlike innocence and instead aim to be “cool” to merge with those around them.

Particularly in this piece i aimed to represent the ways in which people often aim to put up an anonymous persona with the clothing ad brands they choose to wear. Left side represents the true image of peoples character without brands which they then aim to cover up to put up a persona they choose to represent as a method of blending in with the community they wish to be a part of.
